This 720 sq ft seasonal cottage features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a 24x18 detached garage and a nice wrap around deck. The cabin is owned by its original owners and was built in 1977. It is hooked up to resort water which is turned on May – September each year. It is situated on a leased lot as they all are in Chamakese Resort and has a lease fee of $1367 per year. Power is minimal at $37/month depending on your usage and there is a 1000 gal fiberglass septic tank as well. Great place to spend your summers relaxing at beautiful Chitek Lake!
